How do I register for warranty service?

When does my warranty commences?

For on site buying, the warranty period begins from the date of purchase.

For preorder, the warranty period begins from the date the product is shipped to the customer, limited to one (1) year from the shipping date.

How do I claim warranty?

Where can I find the warranty terms?

We provide limited warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other factors not directly attributable to the manufacturing process. The determination of whether a defect is covered under warranty is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.

The warranty period begins from the date the product is shipped to the customer, limited to one (1) year from the shipping date. Any warranty claims made after the expiration of the warranty period will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including the cost of returning the product to us. We will cover the returning shipping cost, excluding any tax. We recommend that customers use a traceable and insured shipping method when returning products to us to ensure their safe arrival.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
